Foreign Air - your merchandise will arrive in 4 to 8 days. Please provide a complete physical address to expedite the process. Air shipments mailed to a post office box may be delayed. We charge our customers “actual Shipping Costs”. We do NOT add handling charges. The cost of shipping your order is dependent upon the size and weight of the items and the distance the order is shipping. In most cases, the estimated shipping charges reflected on the website will be very, very close or exactly what your charges will be.

If your order was sent and does not arrive, you will be supplied with tracking info, and you should consult the carrier to see why it did not arrive. If the product packaging appears to have suffered damage, please take a photo of it. This should make your claim through the carrier easier for you to process. You will automatically be supplied with a tracking code. If the above scenario were to occur you would use it to see why the carrier did not successfully deliver your order.
